Movement Fix First. Physique Follows.

Before you train, I map what your body is actually working around. Old injuries. Joints that give out. Movements that always blow up at the wrong time. Here’s the part most coaches miss: fixing those patterns isn’t rehab work. It’s a physique unlock. Tight hip flexors are why your glutes won’t grow. Poor thoracic mobility is why your chest never develops. These aren’t two problems. They’re the same one.

What this means for you: the things that were blocking your results are also the first things we fix.

There is a point where more work stops helping and starts hurting. Most programs never figure that out. We do exactly as much as your body needs to grow, and nothing extra.
