These Terms of Service govern your use of 6pacmethod.com and your purchase of coaching services from 6PAC Method, operated by Kelvin Lee, DPT ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Los Angeles, California. By enrolling in our program, you agree to these terms.

Services

6PAC Method offers online coaching programs ("REBUILD" and "REMASTER") delivered remotely. Services include customized training programs, nutrition guidance, accountability check-ins, and — for REMASTER clients — weekly Zoom calls and a biomechanics assessment. Services are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with third parties.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the applicable program fee to your payment method. Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final once program materials have been delivered or coaching has commenced. If you have not yet received any program materials or participated in any coaching session, you may request a full refund within 3 business days of purchase by contacting kelvinleedpt@gmail.com.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

Our coaching services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge that participation in any exercise or nutrition program carries inherent risks. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in the program and that you have consulted with a licensed physician before beginning if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate health and fitness information during onboarding
• Notify us immediately of any injury, illness, or change in health status
• Follow program guidelines and attend scheduled sessions
• Maintain respectful communication with your coach

Intellectual Property

All program materials, training plans, and content provided through 6PAC Method are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any program materials without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, 6PAC Method and Kelvin Lee, DPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
